The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and organized.
The lumber Department was so helpful tonight. Sue and Bryce helped me and went out of their way to do so! I had a great experience!
Bought a snow blower yesterday online to be picked up in store yesterday and now I am just now getting a phone call the next day at 10:15 AM to state you do not have it and you’re canceling my order! Beyond ridiculous! Ck your inventory before!
My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!
Very disappointed!!! I purchased several hundred dollars worth of flowers only to find all our bumble bees dying around our house. Seriously? Get with the program!! Treating your plants with bee killing insecticides is so irresponsible and I am surprised your company cannot recognize how it is contributing to the decline of an entire species. Definitely won't buy plants from you again.
the reason I don't recommend Home Depot anymore is that as a veteran they're changing policy disgust me I am now going to Lowe's which they don't give you the hassle that Home Depot does for the lousy 10% they only give it to you on 3 special holidays that is absolutely ridiculous if you are veteran and you're out there I would not recommend going to Home Depot I would boycott Home Depot for as long as they don't give us that 10% like they normally used to do what's 10% of that big outfit unbelievable
Not sure what happened to HD lately, but whether on a local basis or corporate, they have tanked. All of the folks but two, that had experience are gone. I bought a washing machine machine and 5 year protection plan. Machine broke. I called the 800-HomeDEPOT number. And down hill from there. Technician was supposed to send email last night to confirm time. No email. Called 5 times today, with over 1.5hours logged of hold time. Called HD back. They said "give it time". So i guess i just sit here all day, and hope they come by... read more
