Watch out for the re-bate and switch. The paint dept told me all my products qualified. When I submitted my rebate online they said none of my items qualified. I specifically went to Home Depot even though Lowe's is closer because I thought I was getting rebates. I won't fall for that again.
I had fantastic customer service from Roslyn when ordering $1200 worth of closet systems. That's where my good experience stopped, unfortunately. I placed the order two and half a weeks ago and opted for pick up after all of the items had been collected from other stores and delivered to the OFallon location. Home Depot delivered my appliances to the wrong house on the wrong street in the wrong city a day late. My closing could be affected... my builder like Home Depot so we picked out our appliances at Home Depot. I'm just disgusted with the poor service.

How in God's name does this store operate.??? Letting peoplebuy stuff on a credit/debit card for $353.89 at Christmas time without having the card present and no pin # used ? YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS....And by the way it was my card you let someone use
