My husband was blown away by the treatment of the, so called, manager at this store "Charlie". Very poor management and customer service skills. Had a bad attitude from the get go. Told my husband to leave the store because he didn't like my husband's observations of how some employees were not wearing masks while helping customers (since is supposed to be enforced in customers and employees), and he snapped a few pictures to prove it. Do not waste your time shopping here. Curbside pickup is a joke with a 20-30 minute wait to pickup even small orders. The products are not ready when you arrive, rather, they have to go and fetch them from the stock room or shelves. Home delivery is even worse. Mind you, this is an extra $79 I am paying for them to deliver a substantial order. First, the delivery is delayed 4 days due to truck availability. I accepted that politely and was told to expect a call on Thursday to confirm a delivery window. No such call was made.... read more
Went there on 4/30/20 and tried to use curbside pickup for my order. Was told their phones were down and had to go inside and waited 25 minutes to get my order. Will probably not order again anytime soon unless they get this fixed. Didn't have enough people working the customer service area to get people in/out quickly.š”
Too bad your cart guy is too lazy to get us a lumber cart, and wouldn't let us go get one and one back in the construction entrance. Now headed to MO for our construction materials and some real customer service. You are bastardizing the quarantine rules to promote bad business. Big mistake. HUGE.
