Hello had a return today my change was $21.51 my money was wrapped in my receipt once I got to another store for a purchase I see that my money looks funny I handed it to the Walmart cashier and she informed me that my $20 bill was fake I go back to Home Depot because this is the only money i have other than my debit card. So you know it's my word against theirs so it's pretty much nothing I can do i just took a $20 loss..so I just want you guys to be aware to check your money double check your money when you go to Home Depo... read more

I requested a bid for them to do shower/tub surround 12x12 ceramic tile...after I was quoted $5 a sq. Ft over the phone I'm told it's a custom job so it will be higher. Then after multiple phone calls I'm told a week plus later they won't do the project because they want to do the entire bathroom install! So they get the $250+ I spent on tile/grout, etc back and I will never ever shop their again! Be forewarned!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This store is staffed with some really incompetent people!!! A few exceptions!!! But Britt in Lawn and Gardens....the most incompetent person there...sold us something that was already sold...then made us wait in the pouring rain to get loaded for hours, cashiers paged him several times...while we went to customer service to cancel order, he had nerve to tell us, they couldn’t sell it to us anyway, remind you after we already paid for it and they made us wait!!! BUYERS BEWARE! Do not purchase appliances from Home Depot. We have been without a working refrigerator and freezer since we filed our claim on February 20th. They refuse to replace the refrigerator even though the repair people, hired by Asurian, the warranty company Home Depot uses, have been out to our house 5 times and said the fridge is unrepairable. Do not buy appliances from them because their extended warranty is useless.

Unfortunately, since the owner is a die hard Trump lover and stated he doesn’t want democrats shopping at his store, he has most certainly lost my business. My wife and I have spent $thousands there...no more.

The people cutting my son's Pinewood Deby car did a horrible job, so much so, I may have to purchase another car and re-cut it. Others in our Cub Scout pack were also complaining.

They helped me in great detail with my new mailbox post and mailbox. Even ran up while I was checking out to let me know that he read the box and needed to purchase the bracket separately which he brought with him. Excellent customer service!

I will say this morning I was upset and frustrated with how Home Depot handled a delivery of an appliance I bought in store. There were a couple of misunderstandings that were simple. However, I received a call this afternoon explaining what happened clearly and that they would be taking steps to keep these things from happening again. I was disappointed to think I didn't want to go back but after this conversation I'm happy to be able to continue to visit them! Thanks again for explaining the issue to me!
