Home Depot is my go-to store. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have stopped at competitors stores, but didn't get the same help I do at Home Depot. Bonus points, no one has ever laughed at my dumb questions!
I had the best experience at Home Depot today! Literally everyone I talked to went out of their way to help me out. I am expecting a baby and I even had a gentlemen who works there, who is a dad, help me out to my car with my purchases. Seriously impressed!
Took my kids for the picture frame building and enjoyed it. The 2 ladies were very nice & helpful with the kids. Sadly by 10 the aprons were already gone.
Crappy Customer Service. Have to go to Sioux City to get a saw looked at and repairedm which happens to be under warranty. Sioux Falls said they can't work on it and can't return it, which is not what we were told. Won't step foot in that store ever again. Menards from now on.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! Every single employee I came across gave dirty looks and snotty attitudes. If I went to work acting like that, I wouldn't have a job. Should probably give your employees a second look before keeping them on.
May 5, 2016 my husband went to our local Home Depot to get some window cranks for our new windows we recently put in our house. He was told they would covered under the window warranty so there would be no cost. GREAT! The invoice said they would arrive around May 19th, 2016. We just now got the call today, July 7, 2016.....AND THEY'RE THE WRONG ONES!!! THEY DON'T FIT!!!!!!
