Absolutely horrible experience. Had to order a dewalt box they didn't carry in the store. No big deal. Was told that it would be here April 26 to may 2nd. Mind you it was ordered on April 23rd. May 2nd came and no notification, called them and she couldn't give me any info on my order. Checked tracking and it was sitting in Topeka is since April 27th. Do not call in to order anything from them. I ordered Milwaukee band saw kit that they had on special for online orders only. I ordered the kit and the home depot employee entered the wrong address for shipping and they are still making me pay for it even through I don't have it and it was their mess up. Not happy at all.
