Went to the store today to buy shades. Only ONE helpful person. The guy they sent to help me didn't know how to cut the shades so suggested I buy a different one so it wouldn't have to be cut. 20 min till I finally go an associate who knew how to cut shades and she was SOOOO rude I finally just walked out. If I want someone to roll their eyes at me I can go home and my kids can do it. I don't expect it a store. Got what I wanted at Lowes for cheaper.
I had a awful experience at the Home Depot in Watertown, MA. I bought two portable air conditioners and the receipt stated that it could be returned within 90 days. I returned them within the time period because they were both faulty yet the store manager rudely refuse to accept the return even though the receipt said otherwise. I will never shop at this store or home depot again. I would suggest that others shop elsewhere as this store does not honor their written agreements.
