I have been trying to talk to someone about a delivery I received from their Watertown store. The item was delivered to me DAMAGED! I can't return the 12,000 BTU air conditioner because you can't return via online and I cannot get it to the store. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! I know there's a pandemic but I would like to have an air conditioner before July. I will not shop at home depot again!
That was not ok how you guys treated my wife and i and the lady by the exit door pretty rude. I’ll never go shop again.
sentinel customer complaint I bought a racist encounter what the front end manager by the name of Dorcas I sent this complaint to the home office I called it in to the store benishek two days later I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding her racist comments she is still on the floor working with people whom she have a racial problem with I think I used to work for this company and I know that it is not the company's values afraid that this racist employee expressed
I had no prob finding things I needed & the staff lady was very helpful she walked with me to get whatever I needed
Poor customer relations in trying to correct a problem. They passed the blame to GE when Home Depot is the one we paid our money to. They tell you you can have your money back and 3 days later say you can’t .
Good staff, they honor veterans with 10% off daily.
This store is run very poorly. Pro desk is run poorly. I have no idea what they do but they do not want to take orders. I want to buy things from Home depot but the sales team at pro desk is not helping. Particularly Jasper there is very lousy person. He is personally against me and keep canceling my orders!! The MOD name Mirza is same way very lousy. This store needs management change badly!! Avoid this store whenever possible!!
