Don’t buy appliances there or other special orders. If for any reason you need to return they only give you 48 hrs to return. That is ridiculous. Go to Lowes or other appliance store. Much better customer service too.
They would not accept the return an unopened $19 dimmer that I had purchased the day before using a Home Depot gift card that Home Depot had given me when I returned a defective light fixture. I had the receipt with me and I told them I would accept getting a new gift card. The clerk connected me with customer service who confirmed that they would not accept the item for return.
I love the store. special kids activities.
Customer service can be hit or miss at this store. Sometimes you get someone who’ll go out if there way but for me this did not happen on my last visit. After searching for lawn refuse bags for several minutes, I asked an associate if there were any bags left. Without looking at me, he replied no and walked away. I literally walked after him to ask if more would be delivered. Again, I got a one word answer: no. Yeah...not exactly a stellar example of a customer-centric interaction.
Really not happy with the customer service. Rude employees thag can’t be bothered with helping.... also we called over the phone and it was a horrible and unprofessional experience.
Jake in the electrical department was very helpful and seem to be someone who enjoys his job. Great customer service skills.
Terrible customer service.. ordered a ladder over two months ago and still waiting for it.
