Went to Home Depot Black Friday at 6:00am. They had it going on! Great service! Ran into Santa in the parking lot..asked us what we were there for and told us exactly where to go! Got to the location and there it was in a buggy waiting to be picked up! Also Elaine in appliances helped us with our recalled Samsung washer..She knew exactly what to do...the salesman at Lowes just did a lot of talking. Elaine handled my recall situation and washer was delivered within 5 days! Great service by my Acworth Home Depot�
I will be bringing my business to Lowe's where they also recognize veterans and not just active duty. My license clearly states veteran. Too bad since your store is closer to me. Lowe's will appreciate my business for my basement remodel. Also, your employees are not helpful and rude. The guy in the lighting department acted like I was interrupting his phone time by asking a question.
The worst shopping experience I've ever had anywhere. I bought a fridge over two weeks ago. It was delivered Saturday damaged with a large dent in the front door. I refused the delivery because of the damage good. The guys were nice. The people on the phone were not as nice. They told me they'd call me in two days to tell me when they'd schedule me for redelivery. I companies and they called me a couple hours later and told me Thursday was the next availability. I don't give 5 star reviews. I tend to find 5 or 1 star reviews are less reliable, but....this is the exception. We are here every single Saturday morning (we're somewhat of home project addicts). The store manager here is very involved with his team amd accessible to the customers. He has approached us on different occasions to make sure we are finding what we need. Jean in the garden center is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. And the fuel center .... Well, we are home project addicts, so we save a ton on gas here... read more
