This is just horrible. I purchased a pallet of stone to be delivered today, after waiting the whole day because I was told I wouldn’t get a time frame. So I call the store and was told my delivery was changed to Saturday which I can not take a delivery on Saturday today is my off day that’s what I set it up for and paid $80 extra for! Then I’m out on hold and the nice lady come back and says “ they attempted the delivery!” WHAT? Mind you have recording cameras and I been at home all day with my front door open waiting. Beware of using their contractor Romanoff We had carpet installed and the seams came apart revealing that they did two seams where our room should have only had one first off then how they seamed our carpet could not be fixed so Romanoff came up with the bright idea that some loose fibers were a warranty issue thus relieving them of their mistake. They are dishonest and dont stand behind their work. Unfortunately Home Depot has yet to correct this I keep getting the same runaround. NEVER will I use them again not will I reco... read more

Due to the Pandemic,Home Depot is limited by how many customers can be in the store at one time.BUT GET THIS The line moves fast!Your shopping cart will be wiped down with disinfectant before it is handed to you and Home Depot is still a FULL FUNCTION STORE PROVIDING THE STUFF YOU NEED FOR YOUR GARDENING.
