My experiences over the last few years has been good. Prior to that, not so much. Donna from customer service is a pip. She was very friendly over the phone and even more friendly in person. The first gentleman I spoke to was really helpful as well. They located the last of a highly in demand, winter item and held it for me until I could arrive after work tonight. Thank so much.
Do not count on Home Depot appliance delivery, installation or haul away. You are better off going somewhere else and paying double the price for these things, because you'll spend at least that much with other companies to fix the problems they leave you with, even after, if like me, you spend 5 hours in multiple calls trying to get someone at Home Depot to help. You will wait days after they say they will have a supervisor call back, but no one will call, then eventually they say its been more than 30 days since you bought... read more
