The appliances delivery was scheduled for 10th June, got postponed to June 17 th, and then to June 24. The refrigerator that came was dented and we were told we'll get a call for a new one in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours now and no update from them. I do not recommend them to anyone.
As always, the Home Depot person I talked to quickly knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. And I am delighted with my purchase!
Good only because Sergiy(?) finally helped me make two keys, after 2 other workers brushed me off when I asked for help and a sales guy who thought I owned a home harassed me. This is part of why I always prefer Lowe's. Only went here because it was more convenient at the time; won't be back.

I bought a Bathroom vanity for over $1000.00 and it is not Mass Pluming Code not certified. Ordered thru their store and since it was om homedepot com item they refuse to take responsibility. Emailed to the manufacturer and they replied that they know it is not Mass certified and Home Depot should not have sold you and I should contact Home Depot. Home Depot refuses to take responsibility. Any suggestions beside taking them to small claims court.
We hired Home Depot to replace our gutters and HD subcontracted to Gutter Experts who installed new gutters two months later in Dec 2014 job # 7904728. Problem? They left rotten wood Front and rear supporting gutters and they didn't say anything about it. After a slew of calls to HD complaining, the crew showed up unannounced on March 26 and replaced one of several rotten boards and they promised to return when they had more boards.
