I was looking for help and asked an employee named Zachery and he made sure he got someone to help me in electrical. He has great customer service.
I order a stove over a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered on Sat. Dec. 16th. Had the run around with the delivery company. Delivery company promised the stove would be delivered Monday, Dec. 18th. Never heard from them, tried calling the delivery company 12 times and left messages, nothing. Call the Home Depot store manager to complain. He escalated up to corporate who was suppose to call me yesterday—A Big Fat Nothing! I have no idea where the stove is our when I will get it!!! I have family coming in for the holiday... read more
Home Depot does a great job with the kids workshops. They are fun, the kids love them and they are free of charge. My family and I regularly shop here and we love it.
