I got a flat tire on my Home Depot trailer at midnight in Baton Rouge I pull my truck to the Home Depot and waited until the morning to buy a spare tire but they only sell them online damn the luck so I had to live down the shoulder home around 2 Simple Simon give me a tire please about 2 pounds $75 that's a lot of money don't get a flat in Baton Rouge
I went with a friend who was told she could bring past receipts and collect her 10% military discount in a gift card. But, when we went there, we were told they no longer did this. Well, these receipts are from the horrible flood in Louisiana and she needs the money. Shame on Home Depot. We did go to Lowes and they gave her the 10% back. Looks like Lowes is my new favorite store. Thanks Lowes, good bye Home Depot
We gave them another chance and they blew it. Ordered and payed for nearly $600.00 worth of closet organizers. Went to pick them up and stood at the online pickup desk for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were even there! 3 girls walked by us 3 times to help people that came in after us and then it took all three of them to push a single buggy with one item down the isle leaving us standing there. My last few experiences were horrible I could not find a knowledgeable employee any where in the store to help me.I hurt my back lifting carpet materials because I could not get staff to help me with putting it in my truck.
