Terrible management. Almost as bad as Walmart. When you have 3-4 employees not doing jack under the pro service desk and a line going back into the lumber yard on register 2 you would think they would open register 1 and 3. Just a thought
Brought a lawn mower in for repair in August. It needed a broken wheel replaced. After a month I called to find out the status and was told the lawn mower was in Atlanta awaiting a wheel that was on back order. Proceeded to call back every other week and chatted with Home Depot online, and was always told the same - waiting for this mysterious back ordered wheel. Chelsea!!!! She is amazing, works the flooring department and looks like everywhere else like a BOSS!!! She remembers everything about your order to a T and doesn't have to be asked a question twice. AMAZING! She was great with my parents and my daughter asking lots of question. That girl deserves a big fat raise!!!!
Treated like a common criminal by have to show my receipt for drywall compound that I purchased at the contractors end of the store because I walked back THROUGH the store to get to my car on the other end!! Then was told that the new emphasis is to have EVERY customer asked to show their receipt by the MOD that I asked to come outside to hear my complaint. I asked the next 2 customers that came out after me were THEY asked to show THEIR receipts and I got a resounding NO, IN FRONT OF THAT SAME MANAGER AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE!!... read more
It was great! If you have a walking regimen like I do it's a great way to get in 4,000 steps very easily!
This store made my appt.time to deliver 4-6 am finally got unloaded at nearly 11 so how do I feel about Home Depot (shit)
Called to ask about a generator. Lady yelled at me! Horrible customer service! Told me I was the "50th PERSON TO CALL, and they are OUT!" So when I asked if she could maybe tell me if there is one in New Orleans she said she don't know and they are out and then hung up the phone! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!
