And here’s what happened tonight at Home Depot at 7125 W. 88th Ave, Westminster, CO. As we were checking out, I realized I had left my wallet in the car. I am a disabled Army Veteran. No, I do not look disabled. However, I am. I remembered I had a picture of my drivers license in my phone, which shows that I am an Army Veteran. Never in my life have I had someone step so outta line while shopping at Home Depot. I understand you have “rules” in place for your military ID/discount but to have the nastiest attitude about it is not okay. Billie in the contractor checkout needs to take a refresher on customer service. My husbands ID expired and I’m sorry the DMV is closed right now but to act like we are stealing from your pocket over 10% is ridiculous. Disappointed in this Home depot. Their customer service is terrible. I would suggest going to the Arvada Home Depot....it's way busier but the customer service is WAY better. The employees at this Home Depot just argue with customers, they don't try to solve problems. This has been the case on many occasions.

Yes hard working people that I have seen get treated like dogs, They aren’t you’re punching bags! They can’t control how dumb people are. If you can’t act like a grown up, stay home. Hard working people deserve like them don’t need your drama. Home Depot you guys are great.
I love this Home Depot. Been visiting for over 13 years. Always find what I need and the staff is helpful. Big shout out to JD for helping our local scouts with working toward their next badge.
