I was really impressed yesterday when I went there for plywood. The staff was very helpful and organized!
We bought impact windows that don't work. Someone came out and said that parts had to be ordered and it would take 2 weeks that was 5 weeks ago. I phoned the store 3 days ago...no return phone call....we cannot open the window without it falling on us in the middle of hurricane season....
Purchased a new front door a month ago and paid for the installation. Even though the contract states that the expected completion date is April 17, now being told it won't happen until Mid-May. Horrible. Will never use their services again. Stay away! Hire a reliable contractor.
I found the staff to be very helpful, and very professional. They all seemed extremely knowledgeable in regards to the products they were selling at the Home Depot. I went in this afternoon to purchase some wire shelving which requires cutting by a store employee. As an associate walked by, he said "not me" and advised that no one was available until 6 pm to help me. It was 5 pm. This is unacceptable for a big box store such as Home Depot, not to have someone available in every department. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was in a meeting. My husband and I went in to get boarding for our mobile home in Boynton Beach. The staff was super excellent in getting us our needs and fairly quick check out. The only thing it lacked was enough stand up slot carts because the flat bed ones they would only allow you to take 4 boards but I don't see that as a slight, it just 'is what it is'... Thank you Boynton Beach Home Depot for having enough supplies for #HurricaneMatthew
