Horrible customer service in the garden department. Cashier wouldn’t check us out so we had to go all the way inside to check out and then trek all the way back to the garden department to pick up our mulch while she checked out other customers. Discrimination completely uncalled for and will not be returning because of one bad employees incompetence. Unintelligent “manager” also supported her employee trying to tell us the computers don’t work.
I took my grandson who is almost 4 to the kids workshop and the tools were so worn which made the project hard for an adult no less a child. Had to ask the employee there for help and he couldn’t do it either but told me “maybe take it home to do instead “!!! I used nails instead of screws which would not go in because of the worn screwdrivers...they need to make it easier for the kids not harder! My grandson painted it and was very happy but it was frustrating.
The best place to be Black Friday. My grandchildren and I had so much fun. We got our poinsettias and our tree. Loved every minute!
My wife an I just left this location looking for a new washer and dryer. Spent 20+ minutes looking and asked one heavy lady for help, “I’m busy right now,” was her response. As we were leaving one guy, who was just sitting there talking to another employee, finally asked us if we had questions. We did for 20-Mins and told him not one person even tried to help us for 20-mins and now we were giving Beat Buy our 2-3k business on a new washer and dryer. Our money spends anywhere, but nowhere we are ignored.
It is disgusting that home depot decided to not sell Hanukkah decorations. I will not be shopping here ever again
Everyone helpful and kind while I was waiting 8 hours for plywood,thanks to all the staff!!
