Still waiting for the delivery of my grill that was scheduled to be arriving today. You don't tell customers that you have a third party do delivery . No phone calls either.
Worse customer service ever. Called one hour prior to picking up order as instructed. Had to wait over an hour and three trips into the store before it was brought out. And then the rest of the nightmare began. Glad I never have to shop here again.
Received possibly the least helpful response from a manager this morning while John was assisting us (John was great by the way, listened to and understood our concern, and tried to help us resolve the issue) although interestingly enough, the managers response to our issue was "send them to another shop down the road" instead of assisting us with ordering a water heater that they are currently advertising. I went there last night for a tool box and there was a slight problem finding it but Mariam went above and beyond to make it right. Her customer service skills are phenomenal and she is definitely an asset to your store!!
Pathetic service! 20 minutes to get a piece of chain! I was going to use the cutter myself, but a employee said I couldn't! But it wasn't his department and had to get someone. 5 minutes later... nobody. I go to the end of the aisle and there are 2 guys standing by the lumber. I ask if they can help, the look at each other and seem to argue over which one will! I'm sorry I stepped in the door!!! What was supposed to be a simple errand took way to long. I'll drive the extra 1/2 mile to Lowes!!!
You go in and ask the guy in the faucet section about vessel sinks and faucets and he has no clue. He tells me to ask a plumber. Really. Why do they have people working in departments that have no idea what they are doing and he tells me and I quote. Do you how much plumbers make an hour. Ask them. I will never go in and buy from your store ever again. LOWES from now on.
