E wry time they fail to HELP! I have called to order mulch I get there and they don’t have it loaded! Ugg on their cell phones standing around! Never NO CARTS AROUND IN APPROPRIATE AREAS! Hate it!
Your service was horrible. I spent over an hour on the phone. To cancel an order and try to find a new appliance(stackable washer and dryer). Instead the order was cancelled and I’ll have to wait 5-7 days to purchase something else till I’m refunded. I cannot believe the stupidity and incompetence of your staff. Tim
Don’t rent tools from here. They rent broken tools and if you don’t pay for their bs insurance they will charge you hundreds of dollars to fix their broken tools. We rented a nail gun from this store. We rented one previously with no issue. We hit the right nails. We got 2-3 nails in before it started jamming. We cleared Jam got another couple nails in when it jammed again. This time one of the nails had somehow shot out of the side of the barrel and was sticking out. Filled my cart up, never saw a single employee, got to the front, and there is literally one cashier, with about thirty people in line. Why is no one working at noon on a Saturday?Leaving and spending my money at Lowe’s instead.
