The service here is terrible! I needed help in the lighting department- finally found someone to call someone for me and after 15 minutes no one came. My time is worth something too. Its not like the store was packed at 7:30 at night. It looked like i would have spent about $150 on what I needed but I couldn't wait any more so I left. The Home Depot protection plans are scam!!!!!! I've been dealing with the for a Month now and can not get my washer fix!!!! I had an appointment today and they just called me saying that the technician called in sick and now I have to wait until July 7 !!!!! So what is the point of buying the extended warranty!!!! Home Depot is a bad company, next time I will buy from Lows
