This place is garbage! They don't have anything you need in stock and it takes an act of Congress to get any help. The kitchen cabinets I looked at were in horrible condition and still at full price. Items were not labeled correctly, making it very difficult to find what you need. Website is not updated and shows items in stock that are not available. I drove 50 miles to get cabinets that were listed as in stock but were not. Go to Lowe's, the service, selection, and stock is second to none. I will never mess with Home Depot... read more
Have a big problem with the false advertising going on in store. Running a promo on cash back. Add states $498 minimum appliance purchases NOT per individual appliances. We bought 4 appliances and they would only give us $50 off instead of the $200 off that they advertised. There are truth in advertising laws please have corporate contact me to rectify this problem.
I will never go here again! Went there to pick up a microwave tonight, (also last night for them to say the sale didn't start until today, which was fine) then they said there was a $59.00 delivery charge, TO THEIR STORE!! It was on sale and they don't have them at the store. How convenient. I will from here on out recommend Lowe's to EVERYONE! No thanks Home Depot.
