Went looking for wood siding for my home. I asked an associate if he had a second? He said what are you looking for? I told him wood siding but couldn’t find my particular style. As I walked over to a similar style. He said “make it quick I’m in a hurry!” I told him go ahead do what you were doing I’ll shop elsewhere. His response was thank you! I won’t be back, this store has always had poor customer service.
Ordered a washer/dryer on Monday. Scheduled delivery for Saturday. No one ever called, appliances weren’t delivered. Manager Greg was rude and unhelpful. Never going again

Terrible staff. Tried to price out new kitchen cabinets and appliances and none of the staff would talk to us. Staff Doesn't like talking to people in wheelchairs? Lowe's does.
