Just want to send a huge thank you to all the Home Depot employees for their quick thinking and action that got my dad the medical attention he needed! When dealing with stroke like symptoms, a fast response time makes all the difference in the world. Unimpressed by the folks Queensbury home depot has to install windows. Anthony was nothing short of rude and unprofessional to my mother. To the point of making her nervous. When I arrived he sang a different tune. How about not being an a-hole to an elderly woman?! Home depot, maybe you should better check out your installers, and not just agree on the lowest bidder...
Was asked to leave for having our 6-mo chihuahua in our cart. I explained I was there to spend over $600 in paint alone... reply was "doesn't matter'. I said "I'm going to lowes"... reply was "doesn't matter". Give me a break.... Lost my business for good.
Was stopped at the door and told to leave because I had my 3 pound chihuahua wrapped in my arms. Lady was very snotty about it and mentioned a sign in the window... well there are about 200 signs in your windows and I don't take the time to stop and read them all as I am sure most people don't. He is my anti-anxiety dog and I won't leave him in a freezing car. Sorry you lost a large sale and Lowe's got out refund check purchase. It's Lowe's from now on for this family. They are pet friendly.
