Hire a company of competent appliance installation employees. We just had a couple of less than competent gas stove installers, which resulted in $350 emergency repair on the weekend, due to the fact that these two could not remove old line (and in the process cracked it) we had to hire local company to repair and install what HOME DEPOT could not!! I suggest buy the stove but hire someone else to install, OR get it somewhere else, hmmmm that sounds like a better idea!!!
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a vinyl fence a month ago through the pro desk. The material was delivered but none of the material was right. They ordered post sleeves that don’t go with the panels. We need 5x5 post sleeves and they ordered 4x4 post sleeves that go with a deck instead of a fence. Called to talk to the store manager and he said it will be ready the next Tuesday. Tuesday came and nothing. No product was delivered. Called again and they said that the supplier has no stock of the post sleeves that we need.... read more
bought so many plants there in summer and many other things
We just had a dryer delivered and it is damaged. When wiping it down I noticed it was scratched and I immediately called the delivery number. They put me through to another phone number and I was on hold for 1 hr 8 mins and then it went to the busy signal. I called the store and they could care less and just gave me a phone number to call where I continue to sit waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Service stinks and Home Depot obviously doesn't care.
I checked the online app to see if the new Octane jigsaw was available and in stock at the store before driving out. When I got there I could not find the jigsaw so I asked customer service. The girl said she would get me some help and called a man up from the back. He basically said that hey had it was in stock but he didn’t know where it was and was not going to look for it. Bought some flooring that was on promotion. The guy wouldn’t sell us the stuff that was on the floor beat up and open, so he went through the store and found the flooring we wanted on the top shelf. He grabbed every bundle of flooring down from the top shelf and stacked it on our cart. As long you know what you are shopping for And know what you are doing while installing. Then get what you can for cheapest at any store. Overall. A deal on flooring from this store
