Bought a mower it’s missing parts they said it is fine - no it isn’t. Then they state the manual is wrong it doesn’t need the part. Return and never go back. The two people at tools were rude because I wouldn’t take it!!!
If I could give a 0 for this store I would. Home Depot has unethical, difficult billing practices which often times result in late fees. If you cancel an item they will put your bill in dispute rather than deduct the cancellation amount. Their customer service is sub-standard as well. The local stores have no information about orders and will tell you that you need to call their online store even when you place your order in the store. My kids love to build things.... it's great they can come to workshops and learn how to... just maybe next time the fella that you guys had doing it could be a little nicer.. just acted as if he hated kids..
Took over 30 minutes to find someone who could mix paint at 7 am. Guess they do not want any contractors work! Then only one check out register.
The rating should actually be lower then this.. we had a 3-7 pm window, it is 945 at night and we still haven't received our delivery, we call the store and the employees are nothing but rude
Was ready to spend $1000.00 to redo our living room. We needed everything from carpet, padding, paint, molding ETC. After waiting an hour and a half ( and that was after asking for help twice and my husband calling the store and nobody answered) The lady who attempted to help us was rude and didn't even know how to use the computer.
