Not sure if they need to do more hiring or customer service needs to get retrained.. we received the most horrible memeber experience today..its took 30 minutes so get help. And finally when help came, the rep louie was very condescending.. i love home depot but the employees need to be more helpful and happier!
I attended a Do-it-Herself workshop and it was great. This is the 4th I have been to. The instructors (Jaylene and Louie) are very helpful and make the workshop fun. I really enjoy these workshops.
All go there now for things I need for home ,chirstmas
Bad customer service I wait more than 20 min to cut one pice of wood and call 3 times for help never received the help....
