Had to rent a sewer snake for a clogged line that had backed up into the house. They guys who waited on my were so great and supportive. Unlike the customer who was condescending and rude basically telling me it was a mans job and that I couldn’t do it. These guys were fantastic and explained it all well. I even called the store manager to brag on them.
5 employees...no one could tell me where a can of W.D 40 was located
I have been working a kitchen remodel with these people since April. Our cabinets were installed in May and I still have missing doors, non aligned doors, missing panels, and irregular doors. After multiple complaints the Manager Charles stated it wasn't Home Depot problem because we signed off and if changes were made it would have to paid by us even though the measurements were wrong. Home Depot for bird food, garden plants, paint, rocks, all kinds of things
massive sale on for the 4th and spent 20 minutes WAITING for someone to RECOGNIZE that we needed HELP, People, other customers, came up afterwards and were helped but WE were ignored at 2:30 PM. Had even trouble to get the store manager who did apologize but offered NO HELP or even to escort us back to the section of the store, he even looked like he had sleep in his clothes and definitely needed a shave, Really bad appearance. So happy with the service I received when I phoned Home Depot today, the 8th of May 2017 .. Thank you so much!! The operator picked up quickly, transferred me to the lumber department and Ms. Vicki McIntyre assisted me in pricing and selection of a mailbox post to replace mine that had dry-rotted. The store had what I liked in stock, she offered the various options to choose from, and she also helped with packs of cup hooks I was interested in buying so I could hang a string of lights on my front porch.
