It was amazing Unbelievable
My recent visit was to purchase paint, I needed it all interior, exterior and deck stain. Mark in the paint department was wonderful, he assisted me immediately and was very friendly. He made an overwhelming process very pleasant and answered all my questions. I am grateful for the excellent service he provided 🙂
Just had some of the worst customer service ever by an assistant manager at Eastwood location.
A friend bought a Samsung refrigerator and stove and was told it would be delivered in two weeks. He didn’t get the refrigerator or stove for two months. In a new house taking care of his mother on hospice, he was using camping equipment for the two months to feed him and his mother. Samsung then promised to get him an upgraded refrigerator at no cost to him, but that promise was broken. Only $100 was offered as compensation. I have spent an hour trying to get someone on the phone. Spent 6 minutes and someone hung up on me. second call spent 22 minutes on hold then I hung up. Tried 3 different departments and no one answered. The last call I was on hold for 13 minutes before I hung up. Complete waste of my time.
Thank you to all the workers at the Wilmington NC Home Depot who helped me get wood for my windows and load my truck. The staff went out of their way to help me with hurricane preparation. Me and my mom really appreciate it!
UNBELIEVABLE!! Home Depot's HVAC partner contractor is a rip-off!! ARS-Wilmington charged me $460+ to replace a little plastic condensate pump... Wow... You can buy the pump itself for $50-$60 at Home Depot... Home Advisor says this repair should cost between $90 and $250... What a crock!! Fool me once, shame on you... Well, you won't have to worry about these clowns fooling me again... I am going to find another HVAC company to do my routing maintenance and service from now on...
