worst home depot ever. never again! Jacksonville NC store has way better staff and service.
I'm really upset because I went up there to the store and I was going to buy a generator. They had several out there. They still had a tag on one that was supposed to be out there but they were sold out. The guy working there comes over to me and tells me I can order it online. I went online and I cannot find that generator anywhere so that's pretty wrong to have a price out there and then not give somebody an option to be able to buy anywhere

To start my renovation of my kitchen we ordered all is the Appliances from Home Depot. A 5 piece appliance order with all the protections programs. The contractor that they use to perform the delivery could not have been much worse. I now find myself in an insurance claim with them over the damages they caused to my walls. I recommend Home Depot for all your Holiday Decorations and all of your Ridgid Tools
I wish I had gotten the ladies name that helped me but she typically works in tools weekday mornings. She went above and beyond to find screws that’s I needed after another employee was very unhelpful. Y’all need more employees like this that go above and beyond to help customers!
