Oh my gosh…….so done….. gave them a flooring project. I purchased all the materials and I was ready for an installation in August. It is now the end of OCTOBER and they STILL AREN'T DONE. I've had to take four days off of work. Its taken them 3 weeks and FIVE attempts to get the floor measured. And now they have LOST the measurements and need to start over. Seriously - go to Lowes.
This store and possibly others are spraying some sort of chemical in the outdoor garden center. It smells and made us feel sick this weekend. The sprayer is hidden in plain site on a high shelf in the back corner by the fencing. Be way no notice, warning nothing.
I bought 3 major appliances here. Due to a change in the order they had to cancel and reissue it so they charged me again. They took 10 days of me chasing them to get my money back for the first order. I finally got the appliances delivered and they had no paperwork on the installation. I called every number possible and they keep pointing fingers at someone else. Problem remains unresolved. I'm beyond furious. Customer service sucks!!!! I purchased 5 major appliance all at once and 3 of the five have failed. The manufacturer repaired them But Home Depot did nothing to reimburse me for $1,000+ of food that spoiled in the fridge because it was put together wrong in production and stopped working a couple days after I had it. Not to mention the other problems with the other appliances. Home Depot SUCKS!!!!! I'll never purchase another thing there.
