I want to say thank you to Ted Fraser in the tool rental department. I am a pro customer that spends a lot of money in your store and when I had a problem with a tool I recently purchased he went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. He fought for me and I really appreciate having someone I can trust working at your store. Thank you so much for all the help.
Never had a manager try to say he wasn't calling me a liar while simultaneously trying to prove it and fail before. That was new. The rest of my review is now submitted with BBB and Consumer Affairs. Way to lose a customer who just bought a house nearby and probably would've spent thousands over the course of ownership.
Excellent customer service helping get materials for my son's Eagle Scout project. The staff were extremely helpful and very kind in going out of their way to help my young son complete his Eagle Scout project. I could not have asked for them to do anymore.
When I saw the Metal of Honor parking spaces for our military disabled service personnel with flags flying about on the placards, I couldn't help but to stop and photograph them to then post the photos on Facebook. It almost brought tears to my eyes – Home Depot gets it :-)).
