I’m sorry but when I go to a store I expect service. I’m NOT an employee nor do I expect to ring out my own purchases. Home Depot put more employees at the register and NOT at the self checkout stations.
Customer service is a joke. The service desk is useless. The guy that keys locks is always on break. There is never anyone around to help load. The most useful thing in this store is the Home Depot app.
