Waited 5 weeks to find out one of my windows didn't come with my order..Never again.
SO... waited 7 hours yesterday on a delivery from Home Depot that NEVER showed. And NOW they want to reschedule for a week from now! How can stores get away with treating customers this way? My time is money too. Waiting on a call back from a store manager right now so he can let me know when we will get our appliances! I will never order something from Home Depot again for delivery! And will never recommend the store to anyone either! I'm sorry, I'm sorry... just doesn't cut it! I'm feeling very stressed and pissed off righ... read more
Customer service is horrible I ordered a dishwasher and they give me an estimated delivery date and 2 days after I call and they tell me that it was shipped a day after that date,now I have to wait another week. Then they proceed to tell me that it's the vendors fault,I paid you home depot so it's your fault. I guess the customer isn't always right
