Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They picked up my return snow plow on 10/31…it’s 11/15 and I still haven’t been refunded. I called Renee, the poughkeepsie store manager, last week and still didn’t get a call back so I called her today. She told me they will refund the money as a check, but she does not know where it was sent, only that it will arrive in about a week. GO TO ANY LOCATION BUT THIS ONE. They are terrible and could care less about their customers.

Shout out to the manager Conner today who handled an uncomfortable and confrontational situation in Lawn and Garden. I witnessed a customer be rude, degrading, and disgusting to an employee named Nick. Long story short the manger handled the rude customer with professionalism and direct attitude. He defused the situation while assuring his employee was not in the wrong. Perfect example that the customer is NOT always right. I hope Nick is commended on how he handled how he wa… See more

We had a major problem with blackout blinds which wouldn't retract and wouldn't adjust. These were a brand new product and they were expensive and when we brought them back to the store in Poughkeepsie the employees couldn't be more helpful.

Most of the staff know what they are talking about. But it seems like everyone I ask for help, has no clue. They give you the wrong product and wrong advice

I needed one piece of foam for above my grandsons window ac. Not one person, who I might say we're a bit rude, out of the three I asked knew where foam was. Sent me to three different aisles, at opposite ends of the store. No foam sheets. I complained but was told people come here for the prices, not convenience. I dropped the items I had right on the floor and left. Home Depot sucks. I'll stick to Lowe's. 😠

I was just at the Wappingers store. I was rudely approached by a female employee who told me that I was going to have to leave the store because she was sure that I was aware of the fact that I was breaking the law by not wearing a mask. It is not a law to wear a mask unless you’re somewhere that it’s difficult to maintain six feet between yourself and others. Not only did the rude employee come closer than 6 feet away, so did the manager. The manager told me that it was a corporate decision to turn customers away from the s... read more
