very unporfessional in equipment rental. got a carpet cleaner last Saturday got told i could put a deposit down i would get the deposit back and pay cash when I came back. decided to keep for a week called and talked to a man on the phone who said it was fine told me the amount would be $124 and had to have it back this Sunday 3/10 and again told me I could pay cash. when I got there the lady threatened to call the police on me told me they couldn't take cash. charged me $135 plus took my $50 deposit they told me I would get... read more
Always good always has what I need
Worst service ever experienced in a Home Depot. Put in a special order with Cathi for cable railing that was never submitted or lost. Learned about that 2 weeks later after several unanswered calls and e-mails, when I showed up in person at the store. Got the manager involved (Richard Chamberlain) who promised to get into it and falsely claimed he tried calling on my cell phone to follow up. We were mislead and lied to throughout a 3 weeks process. Stay away from this Home Depot.
