Friggen Home Depot Wareham sends me to Avon to get something they say they have. Wait 1/2 hour for Customer Service to tell me they don't have it. They get pissed when I ask them to see where it is. I'm still waiting while they put me aside to help others. Nice customer service. Heading to Lowes
I was in the Plumbing aisle 4 and waited for a good 30-40 minutes and not a single soul came to help me. I even asked the cashier to page someone on the intercom.

Purchased an Anderson storm door 3 years ago and had it installed by Home Depot's 3rd party. About a year later the door got caught in the wind and a piece broke. After calling the 3rd party and Home Depot multiple times, someone came out to look at the door/order parts and then it took weeks to get them back to fix the door. It was a Saturday afternoon and there were was one register open and 3 self checkouts open but they ALL had issues!!! One of my items didn't have a price on them and I said I'd run back and grab another but the cashier rather wait until another associate (who was busy) went to find it. I could've walked back there, got another one, did more shopping, and came back in that time. their biggest issue is not enough employees whether it be on the floor or at the registers.
