Second interaction with them in 2-weeks, second failure on their part. First time, we placed an order online for pickup. Automated message stating that orders are typically ready within 2-hours. After not receiving a 'ready' notice in 5-hours, we called the store. We were on-hold for 13-minutes before giving up. What a bunch of nonsense is "Free Curbside Pickup." First, finding the pick-up spot is not that easy. Next, called store and was on hold (listening to all manner of Home Depot advertisements) for 7 minutes. Finally, the phone rang for another 8 minutes before it was picked-up then hung-up. 15 minutes and I still had to go into the store. Very disappointed in your store. I am 64 years old. I ordered 15 bags of topsoil. The cashier paged for assistance because of my bad hip. After 20 minutes, no one showed up as I watched your employers in the nursery section walk around on their cell phones. I ended lifting them myself and re-injuring my hip. Nice job Home Depot.
I was in this HomeDepot this morning and was checked out by the worse employee ever. I asked for a military discount and showed my ID and she really stood there and scrutinized my status because it didn’t say “service connected disable” then she does the, “ well my husband is vet, and he has it!” Disgusting! What an insult! I am not going to explain my medical status to a darn employee of HomeDepot- shame on you! This is the treatment I get after spending more than 8k at HomeDepot this year alone! Not vet friendly!
