I stood in lumber for 20 min before someone asked if I need help.. ,they need more employees, either everyone took brake together or they don't have enough employees. I was not the only one I found a couple looking for assistance, they too felt annoyed because they had to look for someone to help them. its quite Sad,, but your managers need training. That's why I went to Lowes.
Place is my second home, Josh and everyone else at the Prodesk are always awesome, extremely helpful, never had any issues here
All to often we see that customers are always ready to take the time to write a bad review. Today is not that day. We just recently started home renovations on our home. Since we have started I'm at Home Depot at least three times per day. The customer service at your store is without question superb! You've got questions? Your employees have the answers! Thank you Brockton Home Depot for all your help! You guys rock!!
Terrible service! Shop somewhere else! They lost my order and no can give us a straight answer. Mistakes happen but it is how you treat the customer that matters most!
