Dots This is an adorable store. They have the cutest clothing and for real cheap. They have nice jeans and capris that are actually name brand, such as angels. They have nice tops too but they seem to run a little big, so I would rather just wait to go to a different store for my shirts.
Poor Customer Service!! Customer service at this store really needs improvement, the staff is not friendly or approachable, they seemed very detached and uninterested, From Management to associates... I would not recommend visiting this particular location!!!
They can actually deliver their products when they say they are going to and not allow their truck drivers to flat out lie and say they attempted a delivery when they absolutely did not. Schedule people to work and rent equipment and good ole Home Depot blows you off with your material delivery. Real good business model.

I have been a frequent visitor of the Brockton Home Depot recently and the associates there have been some of the most helpful people I've ever encountered. Mike in paint, Jenny, Jesus, & Kim in flooring, and Peter & Verna at the Pro Desk made each trip super easy. Everyone was very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you!!
I was out for over 3hrs. in my 98 degree vehicle. All the stores I went to were of no help & told me to go on line. I went to Home Depot (which I should have gone to first of all) & the sales help were excellent. I was able to get my dehumidifier home & this morning my basement was dry & fresh smelling again. Thank You Home Depot.
I'm done going to this location, rude employees that huff when you ask a general question. Watch out for that old bag in plumbing , I picked up a fitting in a bag that was ALREADY OPENED and this lady jumps down my throat and starts shouting "DON'T OPEN MY BAGS , DON'T OPEN MY BAGS!" , no chill, GFY
