Great service. Employees are always helpful, checking out is a breeze.
I bought three high end stainless steel appliances and purchased a five year warranty on each of them. Let me highly not recommend purchasing any extended warranty. We just called because our dishwasher stopped working and they have told us that the soonest they can get a repair man to us is over a month. I pleaded with them to send someone sooner because this was affecting the the settlement of the sale of our home yet they could do nothing. Very very very disappointed in their service.
Will NEVER use them again to do a home improvement project. One issue after another to put in a new kitchen and not a lot of knowledgeable (professionals) to guide you along the way. Someone may have a title but do not take that to mean that they know what they are doing. What supervisor of milling doesn't know what scribe molding is? Seriously! After setting up delivery 3 times for a fridge it still was not delivered. The delivery guys said there was not enough clearance on the steps. We got the same one elsewhere and brought it up the steps ourselves no problem. To make matters worse they just never showed up, no call or anything. I had to call to find out what happend. My husband, my daughter and I did what the paid guys couldn't do. Lost a loyal customer.
would have given a worse rating but that's all they would let me. After their delivery crew twice couldn't get a refridgerator up steps, the second time after we cut down the railing, they cancelled the order without even telling us, and saying we refused delivery when they didn't even show up, we only found out when we called to confirm the third delivery date. Went to Sears Outlet and bought the same basic fridge and a 60 year old man and his 54 year old wife were able to get the fridge up the steps. Home Depot will never ... read more
