Screw up after screw up. It's obvious that no one employed by this branch or associated with the company cares about any of the customers. Home Depot you are the absolute worst of the worst.
Worst experience ever buying appliances from this store. I have purchased appliances in the past from Lowe’s and Best Buy and have had no issues. This time nothing but issues!!! One month and still not resolved. Paying for appliances I do not have or do not work! Go to a Lowe’s or Bust Buy or Sams or Costco anywhere except here unless you want issues with little to no answers. Horrible experience !!!!!!
Every time I go there, service seems to get a little worse. A couple weeks ago, I needed some guidance regarding some cabinet knobs. After almost 10 minutes, the guy showed up in the aisle bitching about being bothered on his lunch. He never approached me and just walked away. I put down my piece of lumber, and a few other things I had in my hands, and just left. My issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes at Lowes.
Went to home depot in mantua back in june took kush (my dog) with me they had kicked me out saying dogs were no longer welcome. Went back today with the dogs. The sign still up saying no pets. My son and i sat outside with the dogs when derek went in. When we first walked up i say a woman coming out with a dog. When we got ready to walk home 2 more people were walking in with their dogs. Hmmmm wondering if home depot has something against pits. If my dogs where not sick i would have walked in.
I recently re-did my kitchen and ordered the cabinets and countertop through Home Depot. The design consultant was fantastic and LOVE my cabinets however, I have been highly disappointed in my countertop experience. After paying thousands of dollars, I was left with a visible seam, part of the countertop installed crooked, and now a bubble near the beveled edge. OMG I am so sick to my stomach right now!!! Spent numerous hours painting my bedroom. Knew I was going to be short on paint so went there an had you do a color match... Bang Up JOB!!!! Don't match the other by FAR!!! This is CRAZY!!! I hope you back your error big time cause I am in tears looking at this. And to even imagine I have to go through all this HARD work again...
