Make sure all customers are wearing masks. Just saw a post on FB, customer without mask in your store. Why was he allowed inside? Get with it! He could be spreading the virus!
RecommendedI recently purchased a couple sheets of 3/4” maple plywood to build a cabinet and noticed when I got them home the inventory stickers were placed on the finished side, thought no big deal and removed them. Boy was I wrong, built the entire cabinet and when I went to finish it I had square patches on the doors and side of the cabinet that would not take stain due to the adhesive from the stickers that Home Depot puts on them. Home Depot in Mantua outperformed Lowe’s big time with curbside pickup, loading car. Wow, Home Depot had huge walls of mulch bags to mark curbside pickup entry lane, very clear directions, answered phone immediately and very courteous. I was at Lowe’s this week and while very nice, they didn’t have it quite together compared to Home Depot. A+ !!!! Jim was very nice and helpful. Super efficient.
We purchased a dishwasher on March 9th from the Mantua Hime Depot. The 4th attempt to deliver and install that dishwasher was once again unsuccessful today. We understand there are a lot of bigger issues these days, however we have been very patient to this point. Home Depot and the delivery company they use are absolutely horrible. What are you going to do to fix this situation? It is completely inexcusable!!!!!
If we are not allowed to gather,which I agree , why is Home Depot in Mantua allowed to be mobbed? No limiting the number in the store. People are doing crafts and home projects, not first responders. Also no personal protective equipment(hand gel,wipes) given out to employees. They sold it all!! Keeping the retailers unrestricted is NOT a great idea!!!
We had purchased a double oven online and only a week after we received it bubbles started forming on the cooktop. We contacted the manufacture and were told it was made that way and would only get worse. I contacted Maria at Mantua NJ Home Depot, sent her pictures and she took matters into her own hands talking with the manufacture back and forth. As much as I have shopped here, I'm appalled that the store manager thought it was nice to hang up on me. A simple "No" would of been appropriate if you didnt want to help out the Cub Scouts with a Pinewood Derby Workshop.
