Thank you! Luis and Rey delivered our new washer. They were on time, friendly, and efficient. We had a very frustrating experience with Lowe's and are now loyal HD customers. Update: lowered one star because Luis and Rey didn't point out that the drain pan is not connected to the pipe. They just put the washer on top of the loose plastic pan.
Spent 1200$ last Thursday on a new water heater installation. Broken on Monday, did not send anyone out that day and said they would be here by 8am Tuesday. Guess what not here� They also send wrong screens for French doors and never rectified that mistake

I took my Granddaughters there for a Saturday morning workshop. It was beyond my expectations. The people who were working there were amazing! So much patience and my Granddaughter (7) was thrilled. They allowed her to be so creative, I couldn't believe it! And I taught preschool for 20 years, I was so impressed, I highly recommend it!
