The staff was so friendly and helpful. The kids didn’t even mind doing a little shopping while our project dried. Win-win!
I checked out at the garden area and the cashier was miserable. She rolled her eyes at her co worker who she called over to help a customer load their mulch. I found that to be very unprofessional. She also did not thank me or greet me.
I have been very pleased with Home Depot. We have purchased many things there over the years, but this past month, we purchased a washer/dryer combo, which we got at a great price. We had problems with the dryer within a few days, but the people at this store got this ironed out (no pun intended) and our dryer was replaced. Thank you, John, Lisa, Jeff, Chris, and anyone else who assisted along the way.
Would Not Price Match Lowe's For The Same Item... Custom Service Was Terrible And I Saved Over $200 By Switching To Lowe's ���
Employees don't know what they are doing and machinery to cut blinds and plywood are not in good working order so go elsewhere. Not saying all Hime Depots are bad but Ross Park mall is the worse!!!
Thanks to the blonde lady at the front counter tonight who wouldn't let me come in with my dog, even tho I called ahead and asked if you permit dogs and was told yes. Due to that fact we couldn't do what we were there to do, which was to order $3500 in appliances we had looked at a few weeks before. No problem was given to us at Lowes tho! They welcomed us and our dog, who is in training to become a certified therapy dog. We placed our appliances order there.
