ordered a 5-pack of bushes online to be delivered. we received 1 bush. been back and forth with customer support for 2 weeks not and still only have 1 bush. we have sent 3 emails called twice and have had zero progress other than getting them to agree we should have got 5 instead of 1. worst customer service ever. spent nearly 5hrs on the phone and 2 weeks of the run around via text and no replies at all by email.
Treat Veterans like Lowes does.
My wife ordered counter top of 75lbs online. When delivered, the guy had her unload it and put it on the porch herself. mind you shes 7MONTHS PREGNANT WITH A 1 YEAR OLD AND 3 YEAR OLD INSIDE THE HOUSE BY THEMSELVES. I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME BECAUSE IT WAS A CURBSIDE DELIVERY AND BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS THEY DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. WHAT THE F###!!! I have been a customer of Home Depot for many years and have spent a lot of money in the store, but no more. I will never purchase another object from Home Depot. On Dec 21, 2019 I had purchased a dryer online. I paid for all the attachments, kits, delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer. online pick up orders is an absolute joke second time I go there and wait over 35 minutes for my stuff. ordered a bath surround kit and the girl tried to send me away with only the walls then took 30 minutes to get the other things no one was helping the one competent worker at the service desk as the phone rang and customers piled up and when I finally got the product I asked for help to my car waited and no one came so my husband and I had to load ourselves never doing store pick up at this location again
This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with! I do not and will not check myself out of any store; you do not pay me! I was there around 9:25 at the checkout where not one cashier was working; not one! A young heavy set girl said it wasn’t her job but would check me out, I am fine with that.
