They have the biggest selection of warped, cupped, and twisted framing lumber you've ever seen! However, it is cheaper than Lowes and closer than Dunn or Crosscut, so I keep coming back. In all seriousness, I go there all the time for quick supplies: cheap building materials for rough and simple projects, painting supplies, gardening stuff, air filters, cleaning supplies, etc. they usually have plenty of staff to help you with something, although the helpfulness of said staff varies widely. Awful experience for husband with the Millworks dept and with management! Walked out after waiting 70 minutes plus for service. Good to know HD that you're doing so well you can afford to lose sales!!!!!!Time to visit the competition!
It's always nice when you order an appliance from Home Depot, they install it wrong and it catches on fire. Call them up to get it replaced and no one there will fix the problem. You are met with rude people that push responsibility in their third party installers, hang up on you and refuse to help since it's close to their time to get off work. Good job Home Depot.
I purchased a refrigerator to be delivered and they did not deliver it. They are the only company to ever say they cannot deliver up my driveway and when questioned they said it was the drivers choice and I could either pick it up at the store or get a refund and shop somewhere else. your delivery services SUCSK. Over 1.5 hours late....still waiting.....
Usually OK but this time customer service was terrible. Ordered a rug and realized we purch the wrong size. That's on me. Called the next day (sunday) and requested the order be cancelled. Was told they added the request to the system and would cancel first thing the next business day. They also said I would get a call back. Guess what, no call back and apparently the order shipped. Apparently this is the fastest order processing and shipping ever. Yet, my order won't be here for 3 weeks. All for 15% restocking fee. Congrats... read more
