Close your doors for good, please. Bought a brand new dishwasher, was told it would be same day install. Was not. Then, guy did a "quick test" and left, saying it was working. Now, can't get it to work. Bosch claims they can't service it until April. Your reps say they have to be the ones to honor the warrantee, even though we also paid extra for an extended. Waiting for over an hour for help...with lots of workers walking around talk to each other.. Call the store and ask for the management even she blew me off

I went to this store shopping for a garage door opener and went to door dept .two people seating on their desk talking on the phone the whole time not even bothering to ask if I needed help. Wasted my 15 min looking and waiting for them and nothing. Especially the girl with the blue hair working in the door dept. so rude . She shouldn't be working as costumer service for this store. Go somewhere else.
Shout out to René in lumber! He was amazingly helpful & helped me get everything I needed to make my build-bear closet. Thank you again!!!! No one gives service like Home Depot :)
