We were here at Tukwila location . , to look for my two bathroom to remodel looking fir floor , wall and everything . So I went to the counter so they can call someone to help us . I used to shop at this store, to the tune of thousands (as a professional contractor). But the last time I worked with this store they got so many things wrong with the order. And they didn't give two sh*ts to make it right. The other day I was going to return a defective item, the store closed at 6pm, it was 6:04. The employee at the door laughed as they locked the door. This place is so lame. I placed an online order and have now been waiting for 30 min. I'm watching the guys who picking my order wonder around chit chatting with other employees. Said something to the person helping me, her response "do you want me to cancel your order" wow, that's customer service.... Still waiting

Was looking for help to purchase a new refrigerator for over 30 minutes. Apparently no one was working in the appliance section other than the woman sitting at the desk to the left of the area that was not offering to help us in any way. Ended up leaving with our questions unanswered and buying a 30 Cubic Foot LG Refrigerator at the competitors down the street. They apparently appreciated my business.

Utter waste of time coming here, 1: there was not one associate in the department me and my fiancé went to. 2: found associate who had not a clue what he was doing 3: set me up for a quote when I was going to have a delivery and installation, found out when I tried to pay. Sent me to Seattle luckily the lander store was a whole lot helpful and got it all done right. Pissed off!!! Bought a floor model. I was promised to be ready for me on a day. It was not! Was promised to be ready for us the next day. It was not! To say the least I'm not a happy camper. I was told that we would have to disassemble it ourselves now and take it home. Yes we got a slight discount of $125 but the fact is we've made two trips and now I have to sit here waiting so that we can disassemble it ourselves. Don't come here it is the worst customer service I've ever had

So I have made 3 complaints to you about the Flag that is flying outside your store and how torn it is. I've been told it would be replaced. The last time was 5 May 2016 and the manager said she'd have to call maintenance to have it done. Checked today 18 May 2016 and still not done. Thanks for respecting the flag.
